This charger (which has actual BlackBerry branding on it) has the exact same specs as the Captivate's, and works fine with it. There's nothing special about the charger itself, but Amazon's price gets five stars.

I ordered 2 of these - The first one worked once and when I tried it the 2nd time it failed to work - I contacted the distributor and they promptly replaced both units even though I only reported one as failing - The 2nd one failed in the same way as the first - The original ones they sent were not the folding blade ones though. The ones that replaced the original ones have the folding blade and worked fine - would of been a 5 star if the 2nd ones came first! Its not nice to have a problem, but the service that they provided me was outstanding - I would buy from them again!
