I'm using this headset with the Nexus One and I'm very pleased with the sound quality. The persons on the other end of the conversation never complain about the audio quality. A different brand/make headset that I have purchased has much lower sound quality. I'm about to buy a couple more of these headsets so I can leave them in various places I'll need them (car, work, home).

This may be 'oem original', but it's certainly NOT the same as the headset I got with either of my Nexus One's ... the picture is what it looks like, and the OEM Nexus One headset is much different, has many more controls. If I'd been buying them in a store, I wouldn't have bothered.
